Ontario declares second stay-at-Home Order

The Province of Ontario in Canada has issued a second "Stay-at-Home Order" with new enhanced enforcement initiatives to minimize mobility.
The government of Ontario in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer of Health and other health experts decided as a swift response to a "doubling in COVID-19" cases over the past two weeks vis a vis the envisaged threat of the collapse of the Province's hospital system and alarming danger to long-term care homes.
The stay at home order that would last for 28 days took effect January 14, 2021, announced by Ontario Premier Dough Ford.
